Guys I hired John and his crew to lift a patio with columns going to a roof that had settled unevenly. He called me a bit ago and said he was done and were meeting tomorrow to square up, but curiosity won and I had to go look. I had no idea this was possible until I saw his post and frankly it's not the cheapest service, but it saved me thousands! Great job John I look forward to paying my bill tomorrow! With this job, we were able to fix more than just the concrete. The porch slab that the pillars sit on was sinking, causing the pillars to separate from the roof. We drilled holes roughly 3 feet apart down the entire length of the porch. Then we pumped a slurry mixture to fill the voids under the porch that were causing the settling. Once the porch was raised to the desired height we patched the holes.
